Personnel Training Processes

The training given to employees in each sector and company according to their own needs provides gains in productivity, cost reduction and decrease in work accidents.

In this context, continuous training activities are also carried out in the textile and clothing sector as in other sectors.

As Siliva Textile, we provide Orientation training, OSH training, and First Aid training to our personnel by authorized and expert individuals and institutions.

We organize Vocational Training Programs in cooperation with the Turkish Employment Agency.

In addition, we provide our employees with master training and master instructor training in collaboration with Vocational and Technical high schools under the Ministry of National Education in the textile and ready-made clothing areas.

In this way, we contribute to the personal development of our employees and ensure that more educated, certified, and qualified personnel work within our company.
